This policy describes how KK Invest (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

When you submit the pitch form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (if given), your startup’s name and links, company structure and stage, traction, founder experience, proposed investment, use of capital, your application confirmations, and the content of your pitch. We also process your IP address transiently for spam and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data — the website sets no marketing cookies.

How we use it

• To evaluate your pitch. Your submission is sent by email to our pitch inbox and read by the people who make investment decisions.
• To reply to you — including follow-up questions about your pitch.
• To prevent abuse of the form (rate limiting and spam filtering).

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share your pitch with third parties except service providers who transmit or store our email, or where the law requires disclosure. If evaluating your pitch ever requires showing it to an outside expert, we will ask you first.

Storage and retention

Pitch submissions live in our email systems. We keep them for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential investment conversation, and then for a reasonable archival period. You can ask us to delete your pitch at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through your application correspondence with us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

Security

Form submissions are sent to us over HTTPS and relayed by Emailit’s authenticated email API. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t include sensitive personal data (government IDs, bank details, passwords) in a pitch — we never need it at this stage and will never ask for it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date. For questions or requests about a submitted application, reply to our correspondence about that application.
